Just fine. A little broken in top left and bottom right corners, but barely noticeable. Apps included. Even though I still have the original container, headphones and the like, I've decided to replace my Bose in ear headphones with new ones, so I'm including those as well. I believe they're worth around $100 by themselves. I am upgrading to an iPhone so I have no need for two identical devices. Normally I would say I'd take a return if there's an issue, but with this listing I'm just going to say as is, sale final. It is, as far as I can tell, in great working order. Just a little cosmetic wear on the back and the minor crack in top left and bottom right corners that, as far as I can tell, have no significant drawback other than minor cosmetic. I just never got around to fixing it. The Apple store wanted $100 for the repair, and no one noticed unless they were looking right at it dead on more or less. Also, the left part of the standard issue headsets don't work I think. But I'm using a small paper clip thing to fix a similar problem on the Bose headphones. I can take them off and it appears to work just fine about 85% of the time no problem. I also used a tad of invisible glue to keep the opaque ear things on the Bose headphones. This ipod has been through it all and you can tell. If you look at the pictures you will see that it is cracked in two places and chipped in one. I never used the camera and I noticed that it only worked once when I turned was taking pictures. Now that I got that out of the way, this ipod is really an impressive gadget to own.
